Lefty Front Shock Pressure

How many PSI should I put in my lefty fork? I've heard many different claims from %70 body weight to full body weight. I've looked in the manual but it doesn't really give any advice. I currently have it set to %100 of my body weight due to doing large drops 3-11 feet, along with the rear float shock. I'm just curious so I can get the best ride out of my bike.

I used this to set up my Cannondale RZ One Twenty Lefty:

Doing drops and jumps would require an increase above the recommended pressures.
